- Details you submit: your full name, mobile number and email address, and the universities you choose to compare or enquire about.
- Campaign and technical data: the page you visited, the referring page, advertising parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid), your IP address, browser/device information and the time of submission.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our advertising partners (for example Meta and Google) may use cookies or pixels to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads.
How we use it
- To show you the comparison you requested and to contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about online MBA programmes, admissions and counselling.
- To share your enquiry with the universities or admission partners you are interested in, so they can contact you.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to prevent spam and misuse.
Sharing
We share your details only with the universities/admission partners relevant to your enquiry and with service providers that help us run the website and process enquiries (for example hosting, form-automation and advertising platforms). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@findmyuniversity.online. We will respond in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
